House Tour Visits
Steeped in history and full of stories, the much loved home of Sir Tatton Sykes 8th Bt is full of unique collections of artwork, furniture and antiques.
Carefully curated tours are offered in Spring, Summer and Autumn where you will hear all about the captivating family history and fascinating anecdotes spanning over 250 years.
Guided tours - There are a limited number of tickets for each guided tour so we ask you to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Guided tours take place on varied dates throughout the opening season please go to the ‘Visiting’ section and ‘Book your tickets’ to check availability, there are two tours per day starting at 12pm or 2pm. Tours last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
Group visits - You can arrange a special group visit for your organisation, set discounted rates apply for 15 or more paying visitors. Please visit our group visits page or email info@sledmerehouse.com / call us on (01377) 455198 for more information.
All tickets for House visits need to be pre-booked before arrival, this includes Sledmere Friends members and YGHC&G card holders, please select the friends members tickets and bring your membership cards with you on the day.
