Ceremony Capacities

Sledmere House is licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies in three of the principal state rooms:

The Library - 110 capacity
Main Hall - 100 capacity
Drawing Room - 60 capacity

Full of history and charm, Sledmere House provides a perfect setting and backdrop for any wedding photo album.

Wedding Breakfast and Hospitality Event Capacities

Exclusively yours for the day, you and your guests can take in the grandeur of the parkland and gardens and admire the beauty of the House which exudes a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks can be enjoyed on the Terrace before moving into the Dining Room to be seated for your meal.

Catering is generally offered in the settings shown below:

Dining Room - 70 capacity
Marquee - 70 capacity +
Buffet meal in the House - 110 capacity
